NewspaperArchive.com early bird special

I just heard from our NewspaperArchive.com rep that they would like to implement an early-bird special. Any libraries subscribing before the end of the month will receive an additional 20% discount (total of 40% off list) and any libraries who subscribe before the end of the year will receive an additional 5% off (25% off list).
