If you remember, twice a year we aggregate orders of this popular product so that everyone gets the best possible price.  We've only not reached the 50+ price point twice in the 5 years we've been doing this, so it's a good time to take advantage of the price breaks.

AWE Order Period has started

We're happy to announce that the new order period for the AWE Early Literacy Stations has started - you can order up until May 13, and all of the orders will be combined so that everyone receives the lowest price (this is the 11th order we've done like this, and only once have we not hit the 50+ price point).

 

If you need to be invoiced in July, but want to take advantage of this order period, let me know and they can work out a special arrangement with you.

AWE Early Literacy Station Order Time

It's time for the Spring AWE Early Literacy Stations aggregated order. Twice a year we work to aggregate the orders of all Califa members, so that everyone can get the least expensive price, whether you purchase 1 unit or 30. The total units are added up, and whatever threshold we're at for the entire group will be the price per unit that you'll pay. AWE Early Literacy Stations - another successful order!

We concluded another successful order of the AWE Early Literacy Stations in December and are happy to report that our combined member savings was over $25,000. Thanks to two large libraries who placed very large orders, all the participating libraries, most of whom ordered 1 or 2 units, were able to get the 50+ unit price.

For those who were not able to take advantage of this aggregated bulk order, we'll be doing another one in May or June. Stay tuned for more information, or email us if you want details.

AWE Early Literacy Stations - 50 units reached!

Califa aggregates orders on these ELS stations twice a year. The normal pricing is by number of units purchased, but during these special offers, all the orders will be aggregated. We have reached the highest discount threshold, so every library will now receive the price for 50+ units, even if they just buy one.

November Product Offers and Deadlines

We have several products, and offer deadlines to make you aware of:

Checkpoint: For several years members have received a discount on Checkpoint security services, but we also have great pricing on their Universal Self Service stations. These stations allow patrons to check out books and media, unlock media from cases, pay fines, and more from one station.

OCLC Language Sets: We did a bulk buy of the language sets back in the Spring, and it was incredibly popular. We are again aggregating orders until mid-January.

AWE Early Literacy Stations: Another bulk buy that is always popular - we are again aggregating orders for the early literacy stations, until November 23.

Booklist.com: We will be aggregating orders for the online book review service from Booklist until November 15. We have scheduled a webinar for those of you who are interested in learning more about the service for November 8 at 10am.

MOTOR (Mentioned on Television or Radio): If you are renewing your MOTOR subscription, you have until November 15 to get it in to us.
